  • There is a non-refundable $50 application fee per person above 18 years of age.

  • Requirements include but are not limited to earning 3x the monthly rent. Please check with our team for a full list!

  • We are pet friendly and allow up to two pets per apartment! If you plan to bring your pets, there is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. Weight restrictions apply (40 pounds in garden units, and 70 pounds in townhomes.)
